Follow the link above to create an awards registration. Only one registration is permitted per station and all submissions for that station should be lodged using these log in details.
Once registered you will receive an automated email, confirming your account has been created and with a link to allow you to log into this account to complete the entry form and attach your mp3 file and required supporting documentation.
Independent producers need to attach a letter, signed and dated, acknowledging proof of broadcast by a qualifying station and the running order (if required).
Click on “save + next or save + close”. This allows you to edit, print draft copies, clone, delete, or update your entry up to the closing date.
When you are happy with the quality of your entries and that all the documents are attached and in order, click on “Submit Entry.” Please note that your mp3 file and other uploaded documents cannot be edited further once submitted. The amount payable will automatically appear – press “pay” to complete transaction were you can also receive a record of your payment.Once your entries have been submitted an automated email will be sent to the Station Director for sign off. The Station Director must approve each entry before these are sent forward for judges consideration.
