Validity period: To be eligible, the programmes from which entries are extracted must have been first broadcast during the period June 1st 2025 to May 31st 2026.
Entry deadline: Thursday 25th June 2026 at 3pm.
Please note the entry deadline date is final and there will be no extensions provided. The system will automatically prevent entry submission after this deadline.
The Gay Byrne Award: New to Radio Broadcasting since Tuesday 1st June 2025.
Nominated date for extracts for Music, Local and National Station of Year: Tuesday 24th March 2026.
Shortlist announced: TBC.
Ticket Sales: Tuesday 18th August 2026.
Awards Ceremony: Friday 2nd October 2026.
